Graphic Designer (Print & Digital)

Job Description: We are looking for a creative, experienced Graphic Designer to lead diverse design processes from concept to production, for educational audiences, families, and adults in Israel and abroad. The role involves ongoing work with numerous internal interfaces, while maintaining a unified and professional visual language.

Responsibilities: Develop and design printed and digital graphic materials for educational projects, events, publications, and so on.

  • Lead projects from brief to final product, including production.
  • Ongoing work with content, education, and marketing departments.
  • Maintain the ANU brand identity and develop a consistent graphic language.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from a leading academic institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience in cultural institutions, education, or museums.
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); knowledge of After Effects and Premiere a plus.
  • Ability to manage and lead projects independently, including meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and with multiple interfaces.
  • Connection to the world of culture and education.
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew; proficiency in English a plus.

Job Description:

  • Selling tickets at the museum's box office.
  • Administrative handling of corporate/institutional group visits: receiving the order, upgrading it, and entering it into the system.
  • Providing comprehensive information related to visits via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with the content of exhibitions and activities taking place at the museum.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telephone and in-person customer service - required.
  • Experience working in a computerized environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team.
  • High level of English.
  • Attention to order and organization.
  • High learning skills.

Job Location: Ramat Aviv

Job Includes:

  • Coordinating entry approvals and granting authorizations with Tel Aviv University's security center.
  • Answering phones and handling malfunctions.
  • Staffing the control center and operating fire extinguishing systems and cameras.
  • Issuing and renewing employee tags.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience working in a computerized environment.
  • Proficiency in Office, including Excel, Outlook.
  • Order and organization, reliability, and responsibility.
  • Experience in a control center/operations room role a plus.
  • Passing a reliability test by an assessment center.
